Attention all GBJH teachers and students. Spirit Week is well underway. Today (Wednesday) will be dress up as someone famous day, Thursday will be P.J. day, and Friday we ask everyone to wear your school colors (Red, White & Black).
Congratulations to GBJH Boy's Basketball team for their semi final win yesterday against Carrefour. The score was 48 - 43. Excellent defensive play by all members was the key to the game. Your Bears face Eric Graves Jr. High School today at Eric Graves for the championship . Good luck bears!
The girls basketball team is reminded to hand in their uniforms to Ms. Whyte as soon as possible.
Today (Wednesday) at lunch there will be a teacher plus RCMP officer VS Grade 9 student floor hockey game in the gym. Come out and play or cheer your Bears on!
There will be a mandatory practice and meeting for all badminton team members tomorrow (Thursday) at lunch in the gym. All must attend!
Early morning gym will be closed all week as the gymnastics equipment is set up.
Lost and Found Box will be emptied this Friday, March 12th. Students are asked to please go through it to see if any of your belongings may be in there.
RCMP in Musquodoboit Harbour will be hosting a Community Open House on Friday, March 12th from 2:00 - 5:00PM at the Musquodoboit detachment, as well as all detachments throughout the H.R.M., to thank the public for the overwhelming support of the integrated policing model. Please join the management team and local officers for an 'Open House' in your area. Refreshments will be provided.
